Administration & Customer Service Support

Working closely with the Office Manager and wider team, you’ll help maintain excellence across reporting, communication, and customer service. You’re a natural relationship-builder who brings energy, positivity and passion, understanding that every interaction matters. With a solutions-focused mindset and professional approach, you’ll create consistently high-quality experiences for customers and stakeholders.

This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where every day brings something new. With confidence in juggling multiple priorities, you’ll play a key part in supporting smooth daily operations by:

  • Providing administrative support to the Office & Branch Manager
  • Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Entering and managing data in the Transport Management System
  • Tracking and responding to customer queries around pickups and deliveries
  • Managing and escalating customer concerns when required
  • Supporting DIFOT commitments and key account relationships
  • Liaising with dispatch, planning, drivers, sales, and other branches.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing or administration support role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Strong systems capability (MS Office; Outlook & Excel)
  • Experience in Transport & Logistics (highly regarded)
  • Class 1 Driver Licence
