Transport Professional - Class 2
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable all-rounder to join our Cromwell crew as a Class 2 Transport Professional. You'll be someone who thinks on their feet, takes initiative, and jumps in where needed. If you have a “can do, will do” attitude, you’ll fit right in! Forklift experience is a must.
You’ll be:
- Behind the wheel completing local metro deliveries.
- In our Crossdock loading and unloading trucks.
- Supporting the wider team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
- A full NZ Class 2 licence with at least 2 years driving experience on NZ roads.
- Proven forklift experience and confidence loading/unloading general freight.
- Experience checking consignments for damage and quantity accuracy.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Technology capable.
- A commitment to health & safety.
- Clear communication skills and fluent English.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Physical fitness – this role is hands-on.
- You'll undergo pre-employment medical/drug testing, and ACC and MOJ checks.
