for a Sales Support Specialist to power up our sales and logistics
operations.
You’ll be the glue between sales, operations,
and customers — making sure quotes go out, orders are spot-on, and deliveries
land right on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing quotes, proposals & presentations that win business
- Managing customer enquiries and keeping follow-ups on track
- Processing orders accurately and keeping the CRM up to date
- Coordinating transport, shipping & delivery schedules
- Tracking shipments and resolving any hiccups fast
- Keeping customers informed, happy, and confident in our service
- Supporting meetings, reporting, and continuous improvements
