About the Role
We are currently looking for a keen individual wanting to
grow their career as an Operations Supervisor in our Rotorua Branch.
Working with a modern fleet and well-known NZ companies, you will be required
to understand your clients and their needs and support them with transport
solutions and service that are second to none.
- Schedule/Plan set runs
and adhoc transport requirements per instructions.
- Co-ordinate bookings
- Transport Management
System data entry/integrity
- Co-ordinate/Liaise with
drivers, clients, and sites to optimize turnaround times
- Hours of work -
7am-5pm
- Execution of planned
runs to meet customer DIFOTS
About You
Along with a positive attitude and openness to learning and
development you will also bring:
- Current
planner/dispatching experience – preferred.
- Eye for detail and
ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- A good understanding of
Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Outlook, with the capacity
to learn new technology
- Strong work ethic, with
solid time management and organization skills
- Ability to cope in a
fast-moving dispatch environment.
