Customer Experience Consultant


The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened in our Tauranga branch for a passionate and adaptable Customer Experience Consultant to join our National Business Development team.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be a natural relationship-builder who understands that every interaction matters. With a solutions-focused mindset and a professional approach, you’ll consistently create high-quality experiences for our customers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and grow relationships with key accounts to drive long-term retention and growth.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
  • Confidence to prioritise and manage multiple customer enquiries.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong systems capability, including MS Office (advanced Excel advantageous).
  • Commitment to Health & Safety and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the Transport & Logistics industry (highly regarded).
