Customer Experience Consultant
At Booth's Logistics, we're all about finding a way. We pride ourselves on delivering great service, building strong relationships and going the extra mile for our customers.
We're looking for a friendly, proactive and organised Customer Experience Consultant to join our Auckland team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy environment, loves working with people and gets satisfaction from turning challenges into positive outcomes.
The Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll be an important link between our customers and our operations teams, helping to keep things running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the service they expect.
No two days will be quite the same! You'll be answering customer queries, tracking freight, resolving issues and working closely with our transport, planning and sales teams to get the best outcomes for our customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Being a key point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional and timely support.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, keeping customers informed and updated.
- Working with our operations teams to resolve freight queries, delivery issues and other customer requests.
- Managing customer concerns and complaints, finding solutions and following through.
- Processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records and updating our systems.
- Supporting customer reporting, account administration and other day-to-day activities.
- Looking for opportunities to improve the way we work and the experience we provide our customers.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach – someone who takes ownership and follows things through.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- The ability to stay calm, adaptable and positive when things get busy.
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
- A willingness to pitch in, support your teammates and get the job done.
Experience in transport or logistics would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.

- A competitive salary and a supportive manager who wants to see you succeed.
