 What you can offer us:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a front-facing customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, self-initiator with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and resilient in your approach, with the ability ‘think on your feet’ in a sometimes time-pressured environment.
• Proactive in identifying and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask a variety of customer queries.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Experience in navigating and utilizing large software systems and the MS Office Suite, with sound Excel skills.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and compliance.
• Exposure to the Transport & Logistics Industry would be highly regarded.
