Class 4 Transport Professional
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Class 4 Truck Driver to join our team based in Christchurch. This role covers a consistent North Canterbury metro run, offering steady hours and the opportunity to be home every night.
What you’ll be doing:
- Completing daily metro deliveries across North Canterbury
- Loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently
- Ensuring accurate documentation and delivery records
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle care and road safety
- Providing professional and friendly service to customers
What we’re looking for:
- Full NZ Class 4 licence (essential).
- OSH forklift certificate (essential).
- Proven truck driving experience, ideally in general freight.
- Good knowledge of Christchurch and North Canterbury areas.
- Tech savvy with willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Fluent in English with great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to health and safety.
- You’ll need to undergo pre-employment medical & drug testing and ACC & MOJ checks.
